Shipping Policy
Lyne Beauty Cosmetics delivers in the US & Canada.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $89.
International Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
“Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional cost”.
Additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card automatically if a shipping carrier other than USPS is selected at checkout. When shipping with USPS, an order confirmation will be emailed to you which will include a tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check your orders progress on USPS.com, as applicable to your delivery method. You can also obtain your tracking number by using the Track an Order page of our website.
Products Damaged or Shipped in Error
Although deliveries are packaged very carefully, damages can sometimes occur in transit and mistakes are sometimes made. Please see our Return Policy.
Wrong Shipping Information
Lyne Beauty Skincare delivers to the shipping address that you specify when you place your order. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided to us. A minimum $15 Change of Address fee will be charged if you change your shipping destination after your package is in transit. If your package has already been delivered, there will be additional charges for package pick-up and re-delivery. Additional charges may apply if the package is redirected, an address is incomplete (with the exception of zip code which we can determine) or the wrong shipping sector was entered at the time of order. We are not responsible for shipping charges for packages returned due to missing or wrong information.
Return & Exchange Policy
We carefully package our shipments and inspect each order before it leaves. The process for returning an item varies depending on the reason for return:
If you are not satisfied and want to return the product, our return policy will last 14 days from the date you placed your order. If 14 days have already passed, unfortunately, we do not accept return/exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at lynebeautycosmetics@gmail.com.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is wrong, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
“No exchanges” policy is permitted if we shipped you the right order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
